These Terms & Conditions govern orders placed through www.suescollection.com. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Sue's Collection. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order.

Order Acceptance

Orders may be canceled or limited due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If your order is canceled after payment has been authorized, you will receive a refund to the original payment method.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment methods displayed during checkout. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors. Sue's Collection does not store complete payment card information.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to verify billing information, shipping information, and customer identity before processing any order. Orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity may be delayed, canceled, or reported to the appropriate authorities.

Shipping

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Taxes and Duties

Applicable sales taxes will be collected where required by law. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their destination country.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Promotional codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been submitted. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one promotional code may be used per order. Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Requests to modify or cancel an order will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun or the order has been shipped.
