Regular Shipping Policy

Shipping information for physical products ordered from Sue’s Collection / Lusso Capelli.

Regular shipping options

• Basic Economy Shipping: $8 USD. Check the delivery estimate displayed at checkout for your order.
• 3–5 Days Shipping: $20 USD. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after the carrier receives your package.

Available services and final shipping charges are shown at checkout and depend on your order and destination. Any active shipping promotion is reflected at checkout.

Order processing

We generally process orders within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is emailed when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect arrival.

Shipping address and order assistance

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you need an address correction or help with a delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect shipment, contact us promptly with your order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun. Keep the packaging and photographs for damaged-order inquiries.

International shipping

Available international services, costs, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Customs processing can affect delivery times. International customers are responsible for applicable duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
