The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to our Company, Sue’s Collection/Pouf hairdos. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Return & Exchange Policy:

ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL SALE, UNUSED PRODUCTS QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGE ONLY.

Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure customer satisfaction. Used hair products cannot be returned due to Regulated Hygiene Laws, absolutely no exchanges or returns of opened packages are possible.

We will gladly accept any exchanges within the 30-day purchase period, provided the item has not been used or opened. All exchanges are required to meet the return standards. Exchange requests must be made within the 30 days of delivery. Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on hair that has been used or opened.

All items must be returned in their original packaging.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removed, or edited any materials or content on this Site, refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information to use for future disputes. PAYMENT

All major Credit and Debit Cards and PayPal are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full prior to shipment of any products. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you understand that there are NO REFUNDS or chargebacks allowed.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS

It may take 1 business day to process your order. Pouf Hairdos does not take responsibility for products that are lost or stolen after they have shipped with proper tracking. We are not responsible after we have shipped any items. Please contact carrier for any lost packages. We are not responsible for the postal carriers.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes will be applied at checkout to the final order. Pouf Hairdos is not responsible for any orders placed without a discount code entered at checkout. Discount codes cannot be stacked; there is one discount code per order.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be exactly the same of the color of the hair.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Additional Information

Pouf Hairdos reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Glam Seamless has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Glam Seamless shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
