Eligibility for Return and Refund

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it and undamaged in any way.

NOTE: Due to our strict adherence to sanitary, hygienic, and health regulations, we do not accept used or damaged hair bun extensions and do not resell used hair extensions. Because we care about our customers’ safety, we never resell used hair products.

Return Process

Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

Kindly place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund.

Refund Policy

Depending on the condition of the item and your return reason, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

The money will be refunded to your original payment method during the purchase.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs for returning the item would be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Eligibility for Return and Refund

Our return policy allows retailers to return unopened products in their original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

This policy applies to all orders of $500 or more.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
